These are 6 day /5 night Yoga, Scuba and Art retreats in the tropical island of Bali, Indonesia….location of the famous Eat, Pray, Love book.
Combination holidays, so the focus is on nature loving and nurture of the whole, rather than one particular practice. We combine Yoga at sunrise and sunset, with scuba diving (or snorkelling) in crystal clear waters, lots of fish and coral, and then a held space for painting and creativity should you feel inspired. Fully catered with delicious, wholesome food and with very cute and cozy accommodation.
The diving is such that its actually great for beginners and experienced divers, and for non-divers there is a reduced rate.
